VIRTUAL MONTANA
The target audience is first and second year undergraduate students following degrees in Geography. Each group will be accompanied by their own tutors (male and female). Work Plan The overall Work Plan, dates of meetings and other relevant information
As part of the normal Quality Assurance procedures, higher education courses in the United Kingdom and France are usually formally evaluated by students. This process will be applied to the Intensive Programme. It will be extended to the Intensive Programme in Romania and to the Romanian students involved. Informal verbal and written feedback will also be encouraged through the 'field notebook, where students will be asked to critically evaluate the learning experiences and outcomes from the courses. Colleagues in Liverpool have become national and international experts in small group study and the evaluation of activity-based learning and fieldwork. This has resulted in a national Geography project (the GNU Project) being located there. The significant expertise of these people will be drawn upon to assist in this element. |
